Color Sticks

 I love my color sticks; especially the tinted moisturizer!  They are very popular right now and there are many different companies selling them.  It is possible to make your own.

To make your own, set up a double boiler.  In it add, 1 teaspoon of beeswax, 4 teaspoons of your favorite oils, 1/2  teaspoon of your favorite butter, 1/2  teaspoon of rice powder and 1/4 teaspoon of mica powder. You can experiment with the mica.  The more mica, the darker the color. 

You can use this anywhere on your face -eyes, lips and cheeks.
