Sugar Scrub Bar Recipe - I didn't like this one

So I made these sugar scrub bars with soap that I found in many places on Pinterest and I loved the idea, so I tried them.  However, I did not like them.   I found them to not be very soapy nor very exfoliating.  Boo!

So here's the recipe I tried:

2 cubes of melt and pour soap

1/2 cup sugar

2 tablespoons olive oil

1/8 tsp mica powder - I used apricot

essential oils
