Aloe Vera Water
Today I made some aloe water with which to wash my face. I used it after my oil cleanse and before my moisturizer.
It is very simple to make:
1. cut off bumpy sides and one side of the skin
2. cut out the insides and put them in your blender.
3. Add water and blend. The consistency is up to you whether you want it more gel like or more watery.
Here are some other ways you can use your aloe:
- Freeze the water in an ice cube tray and save to use on your face or sunburns etc.
- Use on your hair as a hair mask after you wash leave it on for about 30mins then rinse and condition.
- Mix with oil and use as a makeup remover.
- For wounds, insect bites, and burns.
- Use as a face mask by adding in some honey.
- Use as an after shaving gel
- Use it to soothe acne breakouts as it moisturizes without clogging pores.
- Use it as a hand moisturizer
- Use it in a scrub - Mix 1/3 cup oil, 1/4 cup sugar, 1 tbsp aloe, 2 green tea bags and vitamin E oil.
- Use for psoriasis, rosacea, and stretch marks.
