Windowsill plant

 So I planted some rosemary yesterday in a jar to sit in my windowsill.  If you want to eat and use herbs for skincare but don't have a garden or the time for one, then try a windowsill garden.

Add a couple inches of rock to the bottom of your jar.  You can use a big mason jar or a pasta sauce jar like mine.

Put in about an inch of horticultural charcoal in your jar.

Then just add dirt and your plant.
