In the free version, you'll read about a skincare recipe and it's ingredients and why they are good for your skin.  

Paid Subscribers will get a monthly e-zine on a particular topic which includes information on essential oils, oils, skincare ingredients, and plants and flowers. There will be sections on self-care/bath, aromatherapy, a skincare tradition/practice from around the world, and subscriber questions if I have any. Last month the subject was anxiety.
